Lately, I am hearing from many people of their concerns and fears about the future. It seems the fear of the unknown and the fear of change is paralyzing a lot of people I know. The fear of what people are thinking and/or saying about them is twisting their heads all up.

These FALSE emotions are just appearing real but they are a trick that our mind can easily play on us. We actually develop tracks in our minds allowing this to occur over and over. How do we break the cycle?

Take charge. Face the things you are most afraid of in life.

When I face my fears–any fear I struggle with–here is what happens first. I am in shock. It is hard. But I push forward and before long I notice my confidence starts to rise, as my belief systems are being confirmed. Before long, I am clearer headed and my thinking is much more fine tuned. This all happens after I the take action to face my fear.

I start tackling the toughest parts and aspects of the fear first. When I overcome that challenge it seems to fuel the next step in the process. Success begets more success. Bells start ringing. Things start happening. Success occurs and a natural high overtakes me. I love that feeling. There is not a better feeling in the world. Be tenacious in your commitments. Face your fears head on. Tackle the tough stuff holds you back. Do it today. Do it now.
