Every commitment we make requires an answer to two questions:

  • What do we want?

  • Why do we want that?

Answers to these two pretty basic questions will help us clarify our reasoning and purpose in any commitment we make.

Once our objective is clear, the journey becomes more manageable. The toughest question to answer will be the Why? portion of the commitment, so it is vital to invest some extra time on this.

There will come a time when frustrations hit and you're beating your head against a brick wall and you are in pain and bleeding and asking yourself WHY? WHY? WHY? and fortunately you will have that answer written down! This is when you read the why over and over and then you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move forward in your commitments and on to achieving to greater success!

Answer the what and why with your top 10-20 commitments and live a richer, fuller and happier life.
