RE:"Breakfast of Champions"
This is a reminder that every Wednesday morning at 7:30 a.m. I am facilitating a webinar/teleconference for people who have participated in my previous training sessions, motivational presentations, attitude talks, etc. (Of course, you are also welcome to join us even if you've never sat in on any of my training sessions before.)
"Breakfast of Champions" is a half hour kick-start to your Wednesday and is guaranteed to be just what you need to maximize the remainder of your week. You can access it for the low price of $10 per time.
Each Wednesday there will be a planned theme for us to discuss and cogitate on. We will then commit to implementing the principles, attitudes and ideas discussed into our individual lives. There will also be a time of reporting to the group for accountability.
Some of our future topics and themes include:
* Accountability
* Selling Our Ideas
* Commitment
* Time Management Nuggets
* Stress Management
* Leadership Principles
* Effective Communication
* Memory Systems
You may participate on your phone and/or your computer. You may choose to just listen or you can get involved in the meeting. The whole idea is to provide a round table of champions who are supporting each other and getting many "gold nuggets" of advice from each of the meetings as a bonus.
Feel free to attend a "Breakfast of Champions" meeting and every week or just once in awhile as your schedule allows. Come as you are.
To sign up, simply reply to this email and I will send you an enrollment application and invitation. Or sign up on my website on the widget at the bottom of my main page: www.mrattitudespeaks.com.

Seeds of Success: The Preciousness of Time
By Robert A. Prentice
The quality of our life is made up of the multitude of choices we make everyday. If we are to maintain quality lives, we must consistently make wise choices regarding what we will do with the time we have been given.
So many people waste so much time. Tick -Tick it is gone.
People lose track of time everyday. It just slips by. Where did it go? Surfing the web? Mind-numbing TV? Gossip? Being anxious about the future or lamenting over the past -worry simply steals from us. Arguing over petty things is a major waste of time.
It is an appalling thing to waste time.
I know that I have let time slip through my hands many, many times in years past. Never again an idle or wasted minute is my creed. Remember that once that minute or hour or day has passed it is gone forever.
Here are a few great strategies to fill those potential idle moments.
· Researching Special Subjects and Areas of Interest-What we call Self-Directed Learning!
· Repairing or Fixing Things
· Cleaning
· Writing
· Organizing
· Planning
· Thinking or Cogitating
· Solving Challenges
· Planting Something
· Praying
Washing the dog, the car, or sweeping up the floor just find something productive to do that will maximize the time that you are given each day.
Here is a little trick that has really worked well for me over the years. Think of every minute as if it were a one-dollar bill. Waste an hour and you threw $60.00 down the drain.
Ask yourself what is the next thing? Then do it.
Additionally, purpose from this minute forward that you will have a whole new respect for time and greatly appreciate the preciousness of the very concept of time.
So in conclusion, life it is not in the minutes or the hours, days or years but in the wise management of the events of our lives and how we will invest our precious minutes. Let me encourage you to focus on your priorities, your relationships, and the things that are most essential to you.
On the Sunny Side of Life
The CEO was scheduled to speak at an important convention, so he asked one of his employees to write him a punchy, 20-minute speech. When the CEO returned from the big event, he was furious.
"What's the idea of writing me an hour-long speech?" he demanded to know. "Half the audience walked out before I finished."
The employee was baffled. "I wrote you a 20-minute speech," he replied. "And I gave you the two extra copies you asked for."
