From the Desk of Bob

Enclosed is one of the best articles that I have ever written. I have been processing this article in my mind for three weeks. No, it is not a very deep or heavy subject. It is very simple and yet packs a pretty good punch.

Welcome again to our newest subscribers. We are always open to your ideas, suggestions, and contributions of quotes, attitudes, or stories.

I have a special request today. If you have participated in any of my seminars in the past, would you please send me an email and tell me how things are going? Let me know what ideas, tools, and attitudes you have captured from the seminar that you are applying into your life. Also, it would be wonderful to gain your permission to share this with others, which may allow me to help someone else in the future.

Sincere wishes for a bright future! Bob

Seeds of Success: Celebrate Today!

By Robert A. Prentice

I believe I have fallen in love with a new word. The word is “celebrate”. Allow me to explain. I purchased a little snowman as a Christmas gift for my wife and he is holding up a sign that has the word “celebrate” written on it. It is very cute. Anyway, every time I see this word lately it reminds me to celebrate something in my life. Celebrate a relationship, celebrate a success, celebrate a goal, celebrate an achievement. Goodness, there are so many things we can celebrate! Maybe the reason I love the word “celebrate” so much is because I have always loved a party.

Maybe if we took a little time to celebrate more often our world would be a happier more productive and peaceful place. Now, I am thinking of making a celebration out of everything that I do. I want to celebrate life, celebrate love, celebrate family, celebrate work, celebrate writing, I think you are getting my point. You could even celebrate paying off a debt or a bill. WHEEEE!

We are much happier when we are celebrating something in our life or in someone else’s life, are we not? This may be the key to finding more joy and peace. This concept of celebrating does take time and energy. But, boy is it worth it. Think of the fun that we can have with this new mindset to celebrate. When was the last time you celebrated the fact that you have a great job? Or celebrated the fact that you have an awesome boss? What is amazing about this celebration of life is that you just want to share it with others. What a great way to promote good will and impact the lives of others in a positive way!

I encourage you to find something you can celebrate in your life. Be sure to make it a big celebration, too. And be sure you don’t put it off. Celebrate today!

P.S. Please don’t forget to invite me to the celebration!!!
